The size of the room is reasonable, but the flow line from the toilet, washroom, and shower room to the open-air bath attached to the room is all connected, so the toilet, washroom, and open-air bath cannot be used together. It's impossible for this price point to have a separate toilet. In addition, due to the large number of rooms, check-in takes a long time, and the lobby is crowded in the morning, so the hardware and software are not worth the price of a luxury hotel. Although it is a new building rather than a renovation, I feel that it is a world of difference when compared to Sengokuhara, which is in the same Kai series.

We went for our 3rd wedding anniversary. It's a special day, so it's a special place! The staff was very responsive, as expected from Hoshino Resorts! The food was also very delicious. I would like to go again other than for special anniversaries.

The temperature of the hot spring water in both the indoor and outdoor baths was very good. I would be very satisfied if the amenities were a little more luxurious. The furoshiki was pink and cute. I also want to collect more.

I used it with my dog. Since it is Kinugawa Onsen, there are no tourist spots that you can walk to, but the hotel staff provided good service and we had a very relaxing time. Although the room was dog-friendly, there was no animal odor and it was kept very clean. Although it didn't have a spectacular view, it was spacious and comfortable. As I was staying with a dog, I was concerned that there was no shoe box or trash can with a lid, just in case. I thought the food was delicious. It may not be the elegant taste of a Japanese restaurant, but it is refreshing and not too strong. The quantity is just right for a couple in their 60s, but I think it's a bit unsatisfactory for middle school and high school students. The hot springs were very pleasant in both quality and temperature. I think this is a very good hotel when you want to spend a relaxing time.

room narrow. Maximum occupancy is 2 people. The view is of the mountains. Since you can't see the river, it doesn't feel like the Kinugawa River. Big bath It is noisy in the morning and evening as it faces a busy street. There are a lot of trucks on the road, so the thought of having to go all the way to the Kinugawa River to take a bath in the bad air makes me feel vain. It is better to use the indoor bath, as you can enjoy the same view as the open-air bath. dinner The restaurant has counter seats, box seats, and semi-private rooms. I think semi-private rooms are the norm at restaurants in the world, so that alone gives it a low rating. The roast beef strawberry sauce that came with it was delicious. Unfortunately, that's the peak. The food that followed was delicious, but unfortunately it lacked a local feel.
